After 5 rounds, I got my first ever birdie!!!

I just wanted to share my delight after getting my first birdie today.

I've been playing for 7 weeks and today was my 5th round.

I still shot 103, so I know I have a long way to go but I'm still really chuffed.

got my 1st at the Beau meet on the 1st hole, played crap the next 35 holes though

had a few since but usually inbetween doubles and triples lol

It was a par 4 and it hit the green with my drive. 300 yards but the hole was slightly down hill. Which left me 30 foot from the pin and I two putted.

I really hope that I can break 100. I need to do lots of work on my chipping this week as it's shocking.
