Anyone used these guys?

Got a quote of £65 for my old clubs from Golfbidder which I thought was a bit low but not terrible. Went on Affordable Golf and they offered the same amount or £80 to spend on their website.

Going to have a look what their prices are like, but was wondering if anyone had used them for this and what they were like?

IMO, they sell old second hand gear at highly marked up prices. The advantages of buying through their store is that you can have a hit on GC2 with the used clubs. However, the way to make the most money from selling clubs remains with gumtree and eBay, but obviously involves patience and a bit more effort.

I have used them before and they offered a fair price and then £15 more for store credit like you. I took the store credit and stocked up on balls, gloves and a shirt. They then also gave me a £5 or £10 voucher if I left a review on trust pilot so then bought another dozen balls! All in all a great company with no issues what so ever.

A good company with friendly staff. Agreed their prices are usually on the high side but I've bought a few things over the years from them as they will price match, or do deals!

I got them to price match both an sm5 vokey for £80 and my 915 3 wood(can't remember how much but was a fair whack off retail)

When trading in if you are buying something new see if they'll price match from the cheapest place you can find. Or if you see a 2nd hand item you like about the £100 you should test them. They'd probably be more willing to trade stock than part with cash.
