Advice on Gift Experience Courses

I played Drumoig several years ago when it was a new course and really enjoyed it. Never played Ballater but have heard good things about it.

Try the Earl of Mar (Mar Hall), it's actually in Bishopton not Paisley as the link states. Never overly busy and normally in great condition, fantastic views too. Europro tour has an event there.

Pitlochry - brilliant club house with lovely food. Beautiful course with stunning views but the first 3 holes will see you off if you have a heart condition. Great place for a midweek or weekend break too. I wouldn't play it again without a buggy but that's just me. It's a fun course that you can make a decent score on although the greens were lightning when we played it.

Prestonfield - not a hugely interesting course but a reasonable challenge and in good nick last time I played it. Easy access from the city centre is its biggest plus. A tad boring to play if I am honest but a flat walk for the most part and again, decent food. It doesn't really ask you any questions if that makes sense.
