Advice "again" please

Hi guys just tried to reply to a PM on the laptop , when i clicked on reply to message i got a pop up reply box but could not type the reply into it , when i clicked on it i got a blue line down the full left hand side of the message box,

i grabbed the kids ipad & tried & got in no bother , so its obviously something to do with the laptop , any advice for someone useless with computers would be apreciated


Also on my work computer when i click the "enter" button to tab down onto the next line that wont work ..

use computer every day but not very well up on them

I have the same problem on my PC using Internet Explorer as browser but no problem using Firefox whereas I have no problem using either on my laptop. Doesn't make much sense, does it?

It will most likely be something to do with the browser. What browser do you have installed on the laptop where you had the problem?

internet explorer I think , will try it on chrome or something different . not very well up on it to be honest
