I am trying to reinstall the above.

Each time I am 50% successful the programme states,’Please close Internet Explorer to continue running the programme’.

Thought that if I closed Internet Explorer I would close down my Computer.

Any suggestions how to install please?

close internet explorer, think your getting confused with Windows Explorer (which also wouldnt close down your computer)
