As a loyal adidas golf shoe wearer, loved my tour 360's, yes i had a couple of pairs replaced under warranty, sadly after 4 weeks my white/stone adizero's have failed on the bit where the sole folds over the upper (near the little toe).
The sole is coming away from the upper.
With the snow etc. i dont think they've been out 5 times.

Does anybody have experience of a wide fitting footjoy or puma ?

Went through several pairs of adidas in no time, since switched to a pair of puma cell fusion II and they have been excellent, worn straight out of the box and still in as new condition nearly a year later despite being worn several times a week all through winter, have just bought another pair of pumas, not worn them yet but again fit like a glove out of the box so hopefully will be as good

If buying pumas worth a look at trendy golf, they have some of the more recent styles on sale, and there service was excellent

Don't think I would buy Addidas again after the ATV's where so crap. The Nike Lunars have been through some seriously crap conditions over the past 8 months or so and are still going very strong

I like the adidas trainees but can't like the golf shoes.

I prefer FJ's now as they are very comfortable and reasonably priced.

It doesn't surprise me to be honest i think they look cheap and nasty the worst Adidas shoe for a while, i've had numerous pairs of 360's ,ok some have leaked but the ones i'm wearing just now have been spot on. I think they look to much like football boots.

Never tried Puma ,some of the look smart, Fj Icon i've had problems with them leaking but have a split new pair in the garage for wearing when spring /summer makes an appearance.

no complaints here tbh, have worn for a few weeks now and absolutely no issues except they get comfier each time. On a similar note Fish had an issue with Nike Lunar Prevails leaking, have had mine for a while now and no issues whatsoever.

No doubt we all play in differing conditions, have different feet sizes, walking patterns etc.

My AQL's are even better than both btw

Gave up on Adidas shoes last year after 4 pairs in 3 months all fell apart at the heel. Switched to Nike shoes and had no issue whatsoever, have bought a pair of Pumas for the summer as well as a pair of Nike Dunks can't wait for some decent weather to break them out.

+1 ^^^^^

What Daveyboy says.... Had my Lunars for over a year now and they have seen lots of action. No problems with them at all.

Nike lunars all the way here for me as well, tried footjoys which rubbed badly on the toes and the adidas were seriously hard on the feet and leaked after 4 months.
My lunars are just so comfy and played all winter with them and still going strong

Yes I got through 3 pairs of Lunar prevails in around 4 months and was refunded in the end. As it was then approaching winter, so could have been in July lol, I had some new AQL's which have been brilliant through this winter and by god they've seen some action ;)

I'm on the hunt now for some summer shoes, when summer comes that is.

I agree with some comments that what will be comfortable and last for one person and not another may not just be the shoe in its self, as we have wide feet, flat feet, high insteps and the list goes on so, one shoe will not fit all and could develop faults I think due to that.

I'm not surprised to hear the reports starting to filter through on the Adizero's, Adidas are very hit & miss IMO.

Think I'll look at Puma's for this summer.

If you go to the myjoys website you can design your own - which include foot / sole width. I know they are a little expensive but you can go up to XXW (extra extra wide) on the sole of them!

+1 on the Puma Gold Shoe Range. I have 3 pairs now.

I used to have Adidas Tour 360's and they wore out in no time. Bought a pair of Puma Jigg shoes for going on Holiday. They were super cumfy and as said above can be worn right out the box. Only downside is trying to source cleats for them in AG or DG. I bought a new set of ebay for £7.50 :)

I am still after the Purple Puma Cell's that Poults wore during the 2012 Ryder Cup.

no complaints!!!!!!were they expensive?:(

My pair of AQL's have made it through 2 winters albeit with very regular cleaning and polishing. No leakage whatsoever and still look good. They are retiring at the beginning of the season as I have bought another pair and am looking forward to them being just as comfy as the last pair. For me they are the ultimate golf footwear. Great gear great price too.
