Got a pair of these just before Christmas. Not worn them that much to be fair, maybe twenty rounds. But they have worn away at the heel already. I'm not one to be returning stuff needlessly but I'm quite dissapointed with the build quality. I bought them from a reasonably local shop so am contemplating returning them. Would you think the shop would exchange them or offer me an alternative, and am I right in wanting to exchange?

Your thoughts boys and girls, thanks.

google adidas golf shoe and heel

known fault especially with the tour 360s, return them and get your money back and buy a different brand imho (i went through 3 pairs of adidas last yr like this 2 pairs of tour 360s and a pair of adipures)

They've been returned, just awaiting a response from the rep. Really dont want another pair of Adidas after all the comments on here but that lad in the shop was unsure whether I'd just be offered a like for like exchange or be able to get a shop credit note to buy another brand. Advice?

So long as the creation date is within the last 2 years then they are obliged to at least inspect them for you. Email them with pictures of the faults and the creation dates (you'll find this on the reverse of the tongue below the sizing info.) I have had the pleasure of dealing with adidas a couple of times with complaints about equipment (football boots and golf shoes) and they have replaced them both times.
