Adidas Powerband 3.0 Golf Shoes

Hi,

Has anybody got these? If so what do you think. Direct Golf have them for £48 at the moment or are there others for better value?

I have got a pair of Powerband and think they are the best shoes I have ever owned. The Footjoy Dryjoy Pro are now just sit rotting in the back of the cupboard.

I think they have the 360 4.0 for £55. They were £120 in 2010/11

Can you post a link, I've just received two sets of Adidas shoes which I think could be these and I think their the worst shoe I've ever worn. DG are also doing fj sports at about £60, which are super comfy

Thats because the heel wears away quicker than I can lose a golf ball

Yeah the heel wore on my first pair which I now use when practicing etc, but took about 5/6 months to be fair. The more recent pair Ive got are probably 12/15 rounds in and no heel wear. weird eh? Also they are £55 at AG not DG.

The inside heel lining wore on mine. Pro called Adidas who said they would send a new pair, he asked if he should send the worn pair back by return........"no just bin them!". So I now have a perfectly good pair (little bit of chiropody padding around the heel) and a pair of spankers ready to go next year.

My first pair lasted 4 months and the replacements only lasted 3 weeks. Went over to FJ and no problems at all. The Adidas were like slippers tho!!

I have an addidas pair of shoes, not these though. Initially they have ripped my heals to bits. Blood city. I have narrowed it down to the stupidly spongy gel insoles. These allow too much movement. I have swapped these out for the ones from my trainers. They are now comfy. I might wear them round Woburn in the rain tomorrow, and see how waterproof they are.
