Anybody used? There's some deals about on the RRP £450 one at the moment and am very tempted...

Obviously waterproof but how breathable are they, current Mizuno ones I have leave me sweating like a pig when it rains :(

They're waterproofs mate. Not shoes ☺

As Homer would say

Not even in my wildest dreams. I'm baulking at the cost of myjoy Icons these days and get them at a half decent price. Not paying that much. Heck I can get two pairs of Icons for that and change. That'll be up to 22. Off to start designing. See what these threads start

It's a waterproof suit Homer. Not shoes.

Some great feedback on the WATERPROOF SUIT so far. Think I'll try mums.net instead!

Double doh!

Thanks ☺

Am guessing you haven't any experience of them to share then?

Is this some kind of record for the most replies without going anywhere near the original question?

Sorry, I can't help with it either.

Goretex is goretex. Whatever the brand.

I have some goretex cycling kit. It's about as good as it gets, but I'd rather get wet, or not go out. I still find it hot and sticky to wear. Especially this time of year. Summer is for tee shirts, not coats.

Golf wise, I have a ping stretchy short sleeve waterproof jacket which is ok. If I need a full suit, I'm walking in. I play for fun, and golf in a monsoon isn't fun.

Huds, have you tried these on?

Interested in how they come up size wise for the jackets as some pretty good deals to be had online and I need decent waterproofs

if youre built like an athlete the adidas will be fine as its got quite an athletic cut . I had an adidas goretex jacket and it was a bit on the neat side for my tubby shape. I now have a Galvin Green paclite and much prefer it

I should add the trousers are a much better fit and have no complaints about them

Cheers

Not sure I would consider myself athletic!
