I don't know off hand but for when I play rugby, I have two sets of boots, ones with metal studs for winter/wet wear and a spring/summer set with moulds for drier conditions. I'd imagine similar rules may apply for golf shoes? I'd say there's no harm in wearing spikeless in winter if the playing conditions allow?

I have these also and as long as the ground is firm then there wont be an issue

Where you will get a problem is where the ground is boggy.

I wear adidas climawarm boots in the winter and they are superb, it doesntfell like you are wearing boots or spikes, very comfortable and warm

this year though i will wear the spikeless every opportunity i get

ditched my Footjoys for them and i never thought that would happen.

i cant see myself ever going back to spikes again

Found them a half size smaller than FJ. I can't see them being any use in winter.

yup I agree with Val, I am an 8 normally but 8.5 in the adicross2, I also have found my feet can skew/slip slightly when mildly moist on the ground.

Lovely and comfy though for the drive to and from the course and 18 holes of golf inbetween.
