European Judges have declared it would be a 'breach of his human rights' to deport this terrorist back to Jordan.

Not only does he claim state benefits of 1k a month, but he will now also cost our country 5 MILLION a year on surveillance.

An absolute mockery. The horrible **** was smirking as he was driven away from prison.

Other EU countries have got rid of their unwanted... Against European courts 'judgements'... Then been been fined 40K or thereabouts... Cheap at twice the price I reckon... So why aren't we doing the same?

Actually you have to be careful and correct in posting this sort of thing because your post is factually wrong and misleading.

In May the European Court of Human Rights cleared the way for his deportation. His lawyers appealed to the Special Immigration Appeals Commitee (SIAC). SIAC is part of the UK Justiciary and it is that body which yesterday blocked his deportation.

I do wonder about the grounds upon which the decision was based. Even although Jordan has assured HMG that he will not be ill-treated i.e. no evidence obtained from him as a result of torture would be used against him - SIAC have said that such assurances provided by the Jordian government were insufficient. This beggers the question 'what would Jordan have to say or do to provide SIAC with the level of assurance they require?'

Anyway - more importantly - best to get your facts right in the first instance.

So if I get 10 people lock them up and beat them until they all tell me you were involved in a plot to blow up Parliament would you consider that reasonable grounds for your arrest and trial?

However reprehensible the individual is the idea that we should collude with countries who's human rights records are appaling just to get rid of them is a mockery in itself.

I also notice that there is not one piece of evidence to support a prosecution in this country.

I think I'd be smiling if I was released from prison unexpectedly too.

A man once described by a judge as 'bin laden's right hand man'

A confirmed 'hate cleric' who preaches against the country that provides him with benefits??

I know where I'd rather he be and it certainly ain't in this country scrounging off the state!
