Just a quick post to compliment the Customer Services Dept of Srixon/Cleveland.
Like a pillock I managed to leave the adjustment wrench for my recently acquired Cleveland 588 Custom driver at the range this week-end, and sadly nobody handed it in, (Silly thing is the Cleveland wrench is no use for other brands).
Anyway I phoned Srixon UK at 12.30 yesterday and explained the situation to see if I could buy a replacement only to be told that they do not sell them. However, they could send me one for FREE.
True enough it arrived at 9.00 am this morning.
Full marks to Srixon UK and the Post Office!
I will generally complain when I receive poor service so it is only right that I should compliment any business that provides such high quality service as this.
