Aberdeen 15th October

Looking for suggestions for a round of golf in or around the Aberdeen area on Sunday 15th October. I can get very good rates at either Ballater or Kemnay. Are any of them worth playing or will they be saturated by now?

I'd prefer to play links but I'm not paying silly money for a quick 18 holes.

Any suggestions or local knowledge appreciated.

Ballater still in great nick. Kemnay will be wetter. Both very good courses, but if you can't play kemnay off the whites (and I think you won't) then go for Ballater.

That's a pretty decent track. Bring yer woolies though, very cold even in summer.
