... we received an email today from our boss advising that one of our colleagues had died in his sleep a couple of nights back. Fit guy, approx 30yrs old, a friend to everyone and always willing to help out.

Words just fail me.

No age at all and my heart goes out to the family who must be in bits, just goes to show when it's time it's your time to go, that's why I changed my outlook on life a few years ago. No stressful job anymore and more time to do the things I enjoy.

Yes very sad I lost my brother to the Big C , he was 42 .............change my life it did as all I did was work , took up golf and travel the world after that

Your right Lincoln. It can be a massive change of perspective for us. It's amazing how quickly we can also forget these things once being awoken by them.
