A rare thing

I was channel hopping last night and came across a film just starting starring Rowen Atkinson, Maggie Smith, Kristian Scott Thomas and bizzarely, Patrick Swayze.
It was about a village vicar (Rowan), his bored wife (Kristian) their sex mad daughter, a new nanny (Maggy Smith) and Swayze as a golf pro.
It was rare as I'd never heard of it before, I had no idea what it was about so it was all completely new. These days with new films, you've seen so many clips of the film, you've seen half the film before it's even released.
This was a pleasant change to sit down to watch a film and have no idea what was coming.
Anyway, it all starts when the daughter gets pregnant and the bored wife has a lesbian affair with..... no, I must give away the plot.

Just watched a couple of clips on IMDB, think I might have to hunt that one out, seems like it might be a good laugh.

Easy to watch film , with some funny moments , i enjoyed it , have seen it twice actualy

Agree it's a very funny film. Rowan Atkinson might just as well be Mr Bean with a speaking part, but maggie Smith and Patrick Swayze stal the film
