Have been given the chance to get a new one of these for a good price.

But I'll be getting a friend to collect it for me and as such i wont have a chance to hit it before i buy it.

Have read that the D2 is the easier to hit. Anybody had a fitting with both, and did you notice any major differences? Can get it with any of the standard shafts.

Pulling the trigger tomorrow so any quick feedback appreciated.

If you find the middle of the face more often than not go D3, definitely longer when I tried the two and still plenty forgiving. My miss is off the toe and distance is barely effected, copes great. I like to hit a draw and can confidently set it up down the right knowing it's going to come round. The D2 likes to go straight and I struggled to turn it over.

Good to hear. I cant remember ever hitting a straight shot, so a club that fades/slices or hooks/draws is what i'm after......

Oh I do all them, normally when I least expect it:eek:. I have been really impressed with it though, so much confidence at the minute off the tee. Good luck:thup:

Can only go on my experience trying them last year with Titleist and the D2 was more forgiving and longer - for my swing. Try both somewhere if you can and see what works best

Already pulled the trigger on the D3, but at £150 if it fails then I'll not cost me anything with them holding value on certain auction sites.

which shaft did you go for in the end and how are the first experiences? Hope it's working out. Tired one last year and it was excellent.
