No stress to this one. My old club used to have a 3 club challenge. That was a proper challenge and great fun. Some really interesting choices made by people as well. For this one -

In all honesty, would probably just take every other club out of the bag and not give it much more thought. With my ability I would just look at the yardage to the flag and play to the back of the green with a longer club or the front with a shorter club if I did not have the club I would normally use.
