Bandit
A quality round, no doubt.
But it comes back to the same question - is 58 on a par 70 better than a 59 on a par 72..?
Can't be a bandit, because no handicap involved.

Can't be a bandit, because no handicap involved. A few years ago a 28 handicapper won a handicapped board competition with a nett 58 at our par 72 course, so that must have been a gross 86. At the time there was hell to pay, with all the low handicap players whinging like mad. The same player has done very little since, and his handicap is still about 19 or 20. Just shows that every dog has his day!
Well that joke clearly went right over your head
