Quick post, but I'm in a pub in farringdon watching the rangers - man u game in 3d and I've only seen the adverts and it's mind blowing.

Can't wait for the game, if it's half as good it'll be excellent.

Does the pub provide the 3D spectacles for everyone and do they get nicked too like the drinks glasses?

I have just upgraded to HD and the picture is fine for me. Can't be bothered with the glasses tbh

Rangers would look awful in any format though

:D :D

Though it pains me to give the Gers any credit I think they went away from Old Trafford with a lot more credibility than when they arrived.
95% of teams that visit Old Trafford get beat, most of them play defensively as well. Rangers played well as a team, set out a game plan and stuck to it. Looked like a team playing for the jersey rather than the ££ which was good to see. As a Scot I was pleased they fared well, if they had gone down 4-0 we'd all be hearing how bad the Scottish game is....again.
Any kind of result at Old Trafford, no matter what formation you play, is a great achievement and any club in the world would readily take a draw there imo.

I haven't even upgraded to HD yet and now there's 3D to worry about.

I'll probably just wait until hologram TV comes out.

When i was looking at buying a new TV i saw a 3d one in a Sony Shop. He laughed when I asked the cost and he ushered me towards smaller HD TV's at the back of the shop

Think he had sussed me as a working class peasant who could not afford it

Go to Currys, get it a tad cheaper and then haul he box in there to show him and laugh at him. Before nutting him
