How much time do you have usually between your first and second rounds? Playing ours tomorrow and feel like last year that there isn't a lot of time.

on many occasions I've had to walk off the 18th straight to the first where the catering staff give you food in foil wrap

We have a 5 hour gap between AM AND PM rounds, so the gap in between depends on how long the morning round takes.

Longest I've had was 90 minutes, shortest was 20 minutes.

also depends how well.you play. if you play bad then it's a rush to be in the first group back out.

Our Championship Qualifier is next week and we have been given 5 hours from the 1st round tee off time. In theory it should be more than enough but I can see me going straight to the tee from the 18th because everyone will be playing slower because of the event 😔

We've got 4 1/2 hours and this was the problem last year. Hoping that it's not going to be the same tomorrow.

Yes, as above. 5 hour gal between round 1 & 2 tee times.
At Sheringham last weekend we zoomed round in 3.5 and 3.75 hours respectively so it should be ample time.

Payed in plenty over the years.

some days you get 45 mins, other times it's hand card in, collect new card and head straight back to tee.

it really depends on your games in front.

Seen one for tomorrow set at 7.30am and 12.15pm which is pretty tight but this is 2 balls so should be fine and position in the field is a great factor - the 10.44am and 15.29pm last group might not think this is reasonable.

Those I have played in are typically set at 1 hr gap assuming 4 hr round but is always dependant on the pace of play and earlier you are out the easier it seems.

Club champs and the like have a habit of overrunning 4 hrs especially as you get to the serious players well behind me !

Am out second to last at 9.42. There's not many of us playing it so hopefully will be able to get round in a decent pace and not have to go looking for balls in the rough as it's already very unforgiving. Hoping that it's not as hot as last year.........
