New series announced today, out by end of year apparently.


I was slow to watch it then loved it, however last series got too predictable.

Probably the right time for a new updated 24
 
I didn't watch on tv but got the full set about 18 months ago. Felt like a crack addict when I started watching it, my life was on hold :D

Be great to see how they have moved it on and if its as gripping as the previous ones.
 
I never made it through any of the series. I started watching a few and enjoyed it but then life got in the way, I missed a few episodes and stopped watching.

I guess "Touch" hasn't been as success then?

Ive watched Touch all the way through more just for the sake of it really. Its a bit slow and dull imo.

Is it still Kiefer?

Have just started to watch the 1st series/season of Breaking Bad (no spoilers please!) after just finishing watching Band Of Brothers for the umpteenth time.

I believe touch is back for a 2nd season, though I stopped watching it after 3 episodes found it dull. Never seen an episode of 24 must get around to watching it. Currently watching season 3 of the Borgias gotta love that.

Yeah Touch got a second season but cancelled after that. Pretty dull so no surprise.
 
24 : Live Another Day, will not be a full new series, it'll be a mini series of 12 episodes which don't exactly follow the same principle of 'real time', they will loosely follow the concept. Due to air April 2014.

Personally, I can't wait.

It's still Kiefer, yes. Can't wait! Missed my Bauer Fix!

I never tire of watching Band of Brothers! My favourite TV series of all time.

You'll love Breaking Bad. It's a bit of a slow burner in Series 1, but series 2 and 3 really heat up quickly. I've been trying to pace it so I don't have to wait to finish watching series 5 as it had a ridiculously long break!
 
Re-watching the box sets this summer. Just finished Redemption and am beginning Series 7. Can't go wrong with "Setting up a perimeter" and "someone is about to arrive from division".

anyone noticed that Jack Bauer is constantly on the mobile and.....
never charges the bugger up
never eats and
never goes to the loo

...all in real time:eek:
 
To be fair, the episodes where he is queuing up for a coffee and a sarnie at starbucks, or spending 20mins sat on the porcelain throne surfing golf websites on his iPhone probably wouldn't make the most interesting tv.
