I use it more for retrieving fellow player’s balls than my own. When my ball goes in the pond the 14ft reach is way too short 😂
It’s great for reaching your ball in the gorse.
Be aware that the advertised 14ft “reach” includes your arm!

I wear normal varifocal glasses for golf. What I do recommend with varifocals is to get quality ones. Even the best spec savers are poor.
