Unfortunately at our course, when we start playing off mats we also use winter tees and sometimes winter greens thus rendering the Measured Course requirement unoperable. We do however use a Winter Masterscoreboard and a Winter League which gives us a winter handicap for home competitions only.

Yes, I've still got mine in it's original plastic holder, in the bottom of a drawer. No endorsements or penalty points in almost 50 years of motoring and never been stopped by the polis. (I hope I'm not tempting fate!)
Perhaps not under a hundred pounds, but for £150 you can get Ecco GoreTex. No need for waterproof socks and my current pair are over 4 years old, still waterproof and worn on average two times a week. That works out to about 40p a round!
