I'm a kitchen fitter, I forget how many Howden kitchens I have fitted but it's a LOT. Probably the best all round choice in that price bracket is Howdens, usually good stock levels and if something is missing they usually get it in a few days. DIY kitchens would be my second choice, really good...
I have only ever used drivers bought off the shelf with no fitting and usually after just having a go with demo clubs.
Would I see much in the way of gain by getting properly fitted? what gains did you see?
Nothing low, course is not the easiest we've played but still some decent scores came in with a 38 being the best over the three rounds and several others between 27-32
Just returned from a two night three round break at Sandford Springs and will probably book again for next year - our group really liked it, course in great condition, rooms comfortable and in almost as new condition, staff very attentive with nothing too much trouble.
I am a member of a very informal society and am currently considering taking over the reigns from the current organiser who is moving away.
As we all know the biggest area for discussion at any gathering of golfers is handicaps and our group is not much different - currently if somebody puts in...
My watch had run out completely so knew it was going to need a long charge yet after 12hrs it's still only showing as a half full charge!
How long is it suppose to take to get a full charge?
If you have one how long do you charge yours for?
I'm off to Abbotsley for the weekend and just wondered if anybody has any updates on the greens there?
Is the course fully open yet?

Have recently spent a weekend at Abbotsley and would thoroughly recommend it at the price you pay, the Abbotsley is a decent course and we played it twice, the Cromwell less so and we played that on the Sunday before returning home - so try to just book the Abbotsley.
Accommodation as mentioned...
Are you still liking this watch? I have to get a new one as the shotsaver watch I bought has terrible battery life and lasted for just 6 holes and 8 holes this weekend just gone.
The AW is not available to buy in the UK, I know as I tried to get one from the local AG, they phoned Nike who confirmed it.
I bought one from ebay.com - cost was £55 inc postage for ex display model, when it arrived it was as if it had just come out of the box.
