    My Swing Speed Journey

Unfortunately I'm the same as you and don't stretch after a workout, mainly due to not having time. This definitely impacts my swing and I know I struggle with flexibility. I am though starting to ease off on the weights due to having a trapped nerve in my back which is really giving me...

    My Swing Speed Journey

After just coming back from a quick driver fitting to try some of the new models at AG I have found I swing slower than I thought. I presumed I was swinging just over 100mph but the launch monitor at AG was coming out at average around 94-96 with a couple at 99 and the slow dropping to 92-92...

    Driver fitting North West

Which one did you got to? I was thinking of going to the one in Manchester tomorrow afternoon.

    Driver fitting North West

What balls do they use for the fitting? Do they just use the range balls?

    Driver fitting North West

I'm looking at having a driver fitting. My current driver is about 10 years old so I'm hopeful there is some gains to be made. Has anyone any recommendations in the North West area. Unfortunately Tour X isn't an option as they don't do credit. Scottsdale, Lytham & Clarke's are the ones I was...

Best Professional to Have a Lessons with

I found I was just getting going after 30minutes. Though I would be concerned that they can possibly change too much in an hour and you could go away with too many swing changes to work on after 1 hour.

Best Professional to Have a Lessons with

My takeaway was far too inside leaving my bicep trapped against my chest. This meant from the top of my back swing I had nowhere to go apart from over the top. He has me taking the club away from my body at the start of my back swing and feeling like I'm doing a Jim Furyk like loop in my...

Jacked Loft Police, Look Away Now 👀

They should scrap the numbers at the bottom of clubs and replace it with the loft.

Best Professional to Have a Lessons with

After my lesson today with James Robinson at St Anne's I would highly recommend him. I have an over the top swing which I know I do but can't get rid of it. He solved it within minutes. I only had a 30minute lesson, but I will be booking a few 1 hour lessons before the season starts and...

Best Professional to Have a Lessons with

I'm in the same area and was planning on having a few lessons before the season starts. After the recommendations on here I've booked a 30 minute lesson with James Robinson at St Annes on Tuesday. I will let you know how I get on

    SuperSpeed Training

Any update on your progress. I went to a range which had Top Tracer and it was giving me between 140-150mph ball speed which would therefore be below 100mph club head. I think I should be able to get this a lot faster. I lift a few weights in the gym so strength wise I should be ok, though...

Time for a new driver. Maybe PXG

I've managed to pick up a G425 Lst for £200. I'll give that a go and if its not for me I should get my money back on eBay.

    YouTubers.

I watch a few of the popular YouTubers Crossfield - quite like his reviews and how he goes about them Shields - he's ok but haven't a clue how he's so popular Average Golfer - can be a bit boring TXG - good for reviews but can drag on James Robinson - seems to love everything he reviews I...
