It's will be 3 years old in June of this year so there's no warranty with it although Skycaddie have been known to replace any faulty units FOC provided you keep your membership up.

No mate, mine is the R11 TP and not the standard R11. TP stands for "Tour Preferred" as it's the upgrade to the Taylor Made standard models with a better shaft fitted (usually cost about £75 to £100 more than the standard model when new).
