Week 1 down of healthy eating/gym etc. food was 90% good, 3 gym sessions last week, would have ideally liked 4 but nevermind.
Not jumped on the scales yet but can feel a difference.
Onwards
I took a picture on Sunday, so I have the day 0 one 😂.
I’ve also got the ones from 6 years ago last time I took the gym seriously for what turned out to be a short space of time (cut short by Covid). Managed to do 15kg in just over two months through nothing more than gym 4 days a week and...
Another gym session in the bag tonight, no specific routine, my plan this week is to just do a bit of everything to get the body moving again and then add some structure.
Kept the food clean again so still on the right path.
We try not to make the Santa present too big, but something that has been asked for and is reasonable. Reason being that I’m a little uncomfortable getting something extravagant from Santa and the less fortunate of her friends thinking why Santa didn’t get them something similar.
This is the vagueries of the offside rule though, just being there doesn’t mean you are active. Must be bloody hard being a defender the way the rules are.
Made the error of stepping on the scales this morning, I knew I’d slipped over the last few months but that was a big shock.
Changes to be made for 2026
I think it’s a bit of both. Before this year Van Veen had never won a game at Ally Pally, so wasn’t a good tournament for him. Littler has just been unplayable tonight though
As soon as it’s the longer matches, just can’t see who can beat him.
Remember Littler lost the final against Humphries two years ago, he was close to winning that match. Could have won every match he’s played at the Worlds
