Anyone got any info

Hi iam new to this forum only signed up today, my question is iam reshafting my Taylormade rbz rescue first model, I got a new shaft a aldila nv 85 hybrid .370 for it, now it needs a new ferrule but does it have to be a collarded ferrule or normal one or a shim I am a bit confused. Thanks sam
