Each to their own I guess. I have 2 tattoos, one on each arm. I regret one but love the other. Hoping to get the one I dislike covered up but the image I want will be here to incorporate into the current tattoo.

Down to 13st 10 from around 14st 10 at the start of the year. Run my first 5k this year last week, ended up running 5.6k or 3.5miles at a pace of 8:26 a mile. Goal is for 13st by end of summer. Diet is alot better now.

Not really a big speaker, even between friends i like to sit back and let ithers do the talking but i was best man for my cousin and had to give a speech to about 100 or so. Was absolutly cacking it, but prepared well and it all went smoothly. Alsong as the preps there it cant go too far wrong.
