4 clubs & a putter comp is coming up, what clubs give the best versatility ??

If its ladies priority on a thursday morning then dont play, i think its as simple as that. Ive never experienced anyone with a bad attitude on the golf course up here in Glasgow or scotland yet, i think its due to the fact that if you did, u get the head stuck on you :D

i got my driver regripped this week & the following round i was very consistent with it. You can still hit it far in winter with the right ball.

i got rid of my putter & bought a scotty cameron detour, it has stopped so much 3 putting over the last few months. Definetly has bought me confidence. if u can afford it go for it.

just joined a club for the first time in november & im enjoying things so far, never have to book tee times, bar is very reasonable, the course is never closed, summer greens over most of winter. Theyve also just spent 200 grand on renewing 15 greens. All for £680 a year.

im loving the Srixon Distance balls in the winter, in the summer im a sucker for Nike.

ive played summer greens for the last 3 weeks, played today, had a great wee round after my lesson. Dont worry, spring is just around the corner.

I too love playing with my Dad, i beat him for the first time on Saturday which was great. Dunno if your meant to do that :D
