Still vast, but not as vast as it used to be. It has a higher floor due to the batteries being underneath. I'll just pop it in the glove compartment instead. ;)

My missus car had flat the other day. I was happy to change it but I couldn't get it off. The wheel had fused to the hub. Called green flag and the bloke managed to release it with a good old fashioned kick. Mind you he had put a solid jack underneath it first. I had tried it previously but...

Our company policy is that all company cars should carry a spare. But............. the spare wheel space in my Skoda Superb Hybrid is taken up by batteries so no space for a spare wheel of any sort.

Sadly you just never can tell. Years ago, when I was a kid, I knew a guy called Mick Naughton. International Rugby League referee, top bloke, helped to set up the youth team structure in Widnes. Dropped dead at the age of 50. A very fit kit. It was so sad.

Good to hear. Sadly I've not found many hotels like that.

Mine will be all over my face and arms. Not comfortable and you look a mess during treatment but the end result is worth it.

    Random Irritations

My Actinic keratosis has flared up again. I've had it before and I know the treatment works but the treatment means that I'll be walking around for a few weeks with a patchy scarlet face. Unfortunately I have to delay the start of the treatment as the dermatologist treated parts of my face...

I agree totally. Many breeds have known inherent issues associated with the way they have been manipulated. When you look at photos of the breeds now, and from 50 to 100 years ago, in some instances the differences are astounding, and worrying. Our boy is full mongrel from Romania. I'm not...

My kids did all their own work for school. I would never have done the work for them. I would have advised and suggested but that's about it. Anyway, we all know that at that age, parents know nothing!:LOL:

    TM speed soft ink balls.

When you think about the Dazzleships of WW1, they were painted in wild colours and patterns to break up their shape on the horizon and make them more difficult to spot. I wonder if there will be a similar issue with these?

I don't mind them. Something different.

This is the single car charging point at the Holiday Inn Express in Crewe. What this photo doesn't show you is that there is a foot square concrete post for the building support on one side, the fence on the other, and the parking road behind it is only just wide enough for one car with a...

They are starting to incur punitive penalties if you stay over the allowed time (e.g. at my first hotel it was £10 per hour if you went over your 3 hours). In reality, with a PHEV, that isn't long enough due to the low charging it can take. I had to go back and do a second charge to fully...
