To be honest, the RSPCA are bleeding useless with anything more unusual than a dog or a cat. Trying to get them to do anything relating to horses, for example, is just pointless!

Four inches in Forres, two to three in Nairn - it was stonking it down all night. It's trying occasionally to snow again for a couple of minutes at a time but right this moment it's blue skies here in Forres and it's melting away quite quickly.

Sounds like it's a Cable broadband connection rather than the traditional copper wire ADSL connection. Good if you can get it, but if you were in a Virgin cable area over here (like Andy's mate will be) they are literally chucking capacity at you.
