I was sure I read on here awhile back that Texas Scramble h/cs are mandatory now.

I’m 19h/c other 2 are 19 and 25 and I can tell you now we will have no chance of winning, at ours it’s always the team with a low h/c in it that wins.

Ball came to rest next to ob post but still on course, pp wasn’t sure if there was free relief I thought not but wasn’t sure and thought it would probably be a 1shot penalty with 2 club lengths . Had a look on the RA app but couldn’t find the correct ruling.
