Having just watched your Video on the NewRules 2019 ... can you verify YOU CAN MOVE LOOSE IMPEDIMENTS IN A BUNKER ! Rule 12.2a. Your Video states YOU CANNOT MOVE LOOSE IMPEDIMENTS 😳‼️‼️ Confused 🤷‍♂️
