    Random irritations of the day......

I’m not trolling you, I’m calling you out because of the double standard! You can’t play the poor me card on one thread and then behave exactly the same way on another.

You get annoyed when others misinterpret your posts on other threads! I’m sure Pnwokingham knows who he means! You are just trolling!

    The Footie Thread

On the theme of 3 players, which 3 players that played for you would you of given away for free and forced to play for your rivals. LPool get Cuco Martina (LB) Andy Van der Mede (Mid) Brett Angell (Forward)

Even worse when you think of the players we’ve had outside of their prime, some of these 11 you forget even played for us: Nigel Martyn Richard Gough David Weir Kenny Sansom Slaven Bilic Peter Beardsley Mikel Arteta David Ginola Paul Gascoigne Mark Hughes Andrei Kanchelskis

I’d join you at No1 with Big Nev, has to of been one of the World’s greatest at his peak, unbelievable keeper. No2. Gazza, Wasn’t with us very long but what a footballer. No3. Samuel Eto’o, another who didn’t stay long, but to have had him in his prime would of been something special. Other...

    Stairlift on hire

Unfortunately for us we have a curved 2 level staircase and it cost just over £4,000 5 years ago. It takes up very little space and we are use to it, it was a godsend for the MiL during her last few years. As for the future? Just keeping it in the house at the moment.

Coronavirus - how is it/has it affected you?

Wife is currently ill in hospital and was telling me today patients are having Covid tests every 3 days, which she is pleased about, but yesterday she was taken for an MRI and an X-Ray by 2 different porters, one of the porters was telling her how he thinks the Covid jab doesn’t work as he knows...

Playing better on longer / harder courses

I was lucky enough to play 4 Rounds over 2 days at Royal Liverpool a few years back, the first day was off the back tees and the course was only 200yds shorter than the set up for the Open. I really enjoyed it and as others have said, my biggest worry was simply finding the fairway on most...

    Stairlift on hire

We did it when we took the MiL in to live with us, basically it boiled down to rent v buy for the time you think the stairlift will be required, for us the cheaper option was buy as her health, unfortunately, was only going to deteriorate over time. We went with Acorn Stairlifts and have had no...

    The Footie Thread

I think this sums up my feelings as well, although Neville claims he didn’t get involved in politics until politicians started getting involved in football. I never heard as much praise as you hear criticism for Neville when he was amongst the first (Abramovic was the other) to open their...

I know Hobbit, he knows I am talking about the Man Utd fans where I live, the 3 ST Holders plus a few others, ie just them and yes in my opinion a couple of them are gloryhunters, 1...
