Yeah they were pretty terrible, the greens at the other three were pretty good. I didnt really enjoy Nairn but I think that was just down to my mood that day :one:

You will probably find your hamstrings and glutes are tight, they are pulling on the bottom of your back which is restricting your hip rotation. If you google lower back and hamstring stretches and try and do them twice a day you should start to see some improvement quite quickly
I always try and put a bit more weight on the front foot for this kind of lie(maybe 60/40), it encourages you to hit down on the ball a bit more. Works for me but might not work for others

My clubs insurance covers any incident involving a golf ball being hit into the car park but im sure like anywhere they wouldnt cover damage by another car. Thats the responsibilty of the person driving the car that hits you
