The reason for this is that there are snakes/gila monsters/scorpions/cacti etc in the desert and the clubs do not want you to get injured. This is what i was worried about!im sure my missus does not want me in the local A&E the night before our wedding!lol...thanks for the info ;)

Also looked as this course as it looks amazing and has 2 other courses to offer but i think it might be a bit to far away.All of the courses look amazing around Las Vegas!i want to play them all!!lol

Thanks for the info, i did look at the mountain course as it is supposedly the better course, but could not find any tee times for the day i wanted to play, although the Palm course had tee times available.There should be 4 of us playing so $60 split between 4 of us is peanuts really.

They both look like typical US style desert courses which is why i'm a bit worried incase i slice the ball into the desert lol.What do you mean by starter?someone on the 1st tee?thanks

I'm from the Portsmouth area and mainly play the local courses, Southwick park, Crookhorn, Cams Hall and most courses within a 20 mile radius etc as i am not yet member at a club.
