I'll try cleaning it first and then if it still makes a noise I will try taking the grip off. Thank you both for the suggestions, will let you know how I make out.

I wanted to comment since I have seen the same issue with another XR driver and for sure i will be contacting Callaway since we have not used anything but the correct tool to loosen or tighten the driver settings. I suspect the tool itself may be at fault since you can see some flaring at the...
