Wondering if anybody knows some good instruction/mental websites

Start by swinging 3 clubs 5 times then get 1 club swing upside down 20 times then hit 5 shots repeat 5 times, this is a great loosener and also builds up your ball speed.

Haven't had a 3-putt in my last 4 rounds with this routine: Read the putt from behind the ball Make 3 practice putts looking at the hole Make 1 normal practice stroke 1 more look Pull the trigger!

Wondering if other people keep their stats and if so which stats! :)
