I have a skycaddy and use it all the time home and away. Much prefer it to the hassle of sighting with a laser. GPS gives instant readings and I use it to measure distances to lay up points to avoid bunkers or to hit to dog leg turns. Not so easy to do with a laser.

Thats one hell of a distance move, but lots of clubs to choose from and depends how far you want to travel and what your looking for....hilly, parkland etc

It is against the rules of golf to play two competitions at the same time. You either play in the swindle or the stableford.
