I know the 4BBB handicap allowances in matchplay have changed so the 90% is now taken off the the difference in handicaps, but is it the same in foursomes, is it 50% of the difference in combined handicaps or is it the difference between 50% of the combined handicaps? The WHS notes are a bit vague.
