Just played one so far, that was in an interclub mixed competition, we lost on the 19th after a handicap mix up where we were told we were giving 3 shots when in fact we should have been getting 4, we had already played 2 shot holes before an innocent question by me revealed the error.

Went to Chorley today for a practice ahead of a match against them in a couple of weeks, there was a very cold wind and it was my 4th round in 4 days and my game wasn't great either.

I would reckon 10-12, 4 showing on HDID, an ace in a pairs event, an eagle 2 on the 2nd at St Andrews Jubilee course (only time i have driven a par 4 green) and several when out just playing casual golf.

one of our majors today, I started nicely, parred the first and just missed my par on the 2nd, just short of the par 5 3rd in 3 and then 2 duffed chips and 3 putts later carded an 8, i also had 8s on 7th, 11th and 17th. i am so erratic at the moment, putting was a little better though.

When I joined my club, I didn't know anyone and due to my circumstances intended to keep a low profile, but it was not in my nature, also winning the first 3 comps didn't help either.

First open of the year today at Manchester Golf Club, and our team won :D I mostly played well and my putting was better, although I still had a couple of 3 putts. Highlight was holing a 10 foot downhill putt for a birdie on the 5th.

As long as the SIs are even spread through the card ,it doesnt really matter to me on which holes they are, you still get the same number.
