Hi I recently drew in an 18 hole matchplay and because of bad light could not play any playoff holes so agreed to play an 18 hole playoff. since our match my opponents handicap has gone up by 1 from 12.4 to 12.5. Anyone know if he should be playing off 12 or 13 in our 18 hole playoff? Thanks
