@bobmac - interesting as i would have thought it be the other way round. topping the ball (hitting the top of the ball with the very bottom of the club) i would have thought moving the ball forward would increase this as the clubs moving on an upwards arc - i will give it a go at the range!

Looking for recommendations for a driver fitting in the Warwickshire area? (Ideally close to Leamington Spa) Had a look at American golf but felt options were limited. Appreciate any information anyone has.. particularly if anyone has had a good experience themselves in Warwickshire area...

Appreciate the reply - sounds like it might be a good idea to give it a go for month then even if it’s just for a better understanding of different golf related exercises.

Has anyone ever tried the Fit For Golf App? There seems to be a wide range of training programs with a lot of golf specific exercisers - has anyone had any success with the app in terms of improving their golf? Are the programs easy to follow etc.? Be interested to hear anyone's experiences...
