He certainly wasn't single figures as far as I'm aware. I know a guy who used to play with him and he did play off 15 during his teens but that was handicap he got at the par 64 course in Portstewart so I'm not really sure it's a proper 15 in any sense.
I thought it was a truly wonderful book...
Dream On is a superb book. Best book on golf I've read in a long time but like Farneyman I'm a fan. It's an amazing insight into some of the golf nonsense that we all go through while trying to get better.
Rotella talks about something similar in his putting video with Brad Faxon - he uses...
Re: As no one else has mentioned it !!!!!!!!! Come on TIGER!!!!!!!!!!
Aha - I noticed that and wondered if it was just me. I know he went from 45 to 43.5 a couple of years ago but it looked shorter again.
I stand over the fact that most amateurs have drivers that are wayyyy too long.
Lawrence Donegan's Four Iron for the soul is a very entertaining caddy read.

LOL - some interesting responses.
The weird thing is that JD clearly DOES rush home to put up twitter posts (or whatever they're called). Granted they aren't exactly Shakespeare (which is actually a good thing!) but he's somewhat addicted to it.
God knows how Stewart Cink has so many...
Any of you guys using twitter? I don't but a friend of mine does and was explaining to me today how he had a "conversation" with John Daly online though it. It seems like a lot of the pros are starting to use it - Stewart Cink has 285,000 followers!
I'm still far from convinced that it isn't...
Yep - it's been great all week and but the wind is picking up and it seems to be deteriorating at the weekend.
Just what you don't need after a week stuck in a non-air-conditioned office staring out the window wishing I was playing golf. :(
I can't agree with that. With the exception of Vijay and Tiger I doubt there is a golfer out there who works harder than Harrington. Certainly not Garcia (by his own admission).
It wasn't luck that won the PGA for Harrington.
Great insight Bill - I reckon you're pretty much spot on too.
You're 100% correct about the Hogan book thing. I think it was Ernie Els who said that you'll still find a battered copy lying around pretty much every top flight player's bed side table.
I think the intriguing thing about this guy...
