Just an update Start weight - 17st 11lbs today 16st Reached my first target weight a month early,well pleased :whoo::whoo::whoo:

Morning all, I think we all had a week off last week so..... After a family wedding, the Bank Holiday and my daughters 9th birthday party (imagine the cakes and sweets) I have stayed the same from 2 weeks ago :) Start weight 17st 11lbs Today 16st 2lbs

Like many I would play every day if i could, but l have a wonderful family, so as most things it life it is getting the balance right! If it comes to "spare money" then it is 100% :D

OK.... Still at 16st 2lbs for the 3rd week, still pleased with the weight off, but I just need to fire myself up again, although I have a family wedding at the weekend, where we are staying at the hotel so... plenty of drinking, eating and drinking, oh well there is always next week. :D

Hi Gibbo I have had a IS250 as a Company car for the last 2 years, it was an excellent car, great ride, real build quality and the only time it went back to Lexus, was for the service, I have had Merc`s for my last 3 cars and personally I preferred it to them.The customer service is first class...
