OK, thanks. Like I said, it's just a story, a fiction. Nobody can fly on a broomstick, either but millions of people read Harry Potter.

But the +1 can actually make it happen. It's just a story. What I'm really trying to get opinions on is....... Is it cheating if you can actually do it, maneuver a golf ball in flight with only your mind?

You'll have to read the book but I need input on the question. Is it a penalty? Also, is it cheating? Every golfer says the same things every round: sit down, get up, cut, stop, etc. But only the character in my book can actually make it happen. He has a dilemma, however. Is he actually cheating?
