I live next to my course and from bedroom can view of 13th green....at this time of year around 6am if window open we hear the GK blowing leaves off the green....the wife complains about the noise waking here.....I break out into a wide smile and slap her playfully on the bum...course open, golf...

It is all about VFM and life balance, I pay £1300 for 7 day membership but usually play 3-4 times a week. But then agian I also pay £1000 for my Man City season ticket (25 years going!) .... I am still working full time.....hopefully when I retire soon I will play more golf. :D I do know...

My club banned me using Spurk mat when purchased one as rule you had to only use a "club issue mat" ... so I used that but really poor and even took a divet out it...then I noticed an d pointed out we had several issued "club mats" over the years. Players already using different mats and using...

Played in Spain and Portugal but to be honest prefer to play Golf in Britain / Ireland...enough great courses throughout England, Ireland - Scotland and Wales .... great choice, you can drive with clubs....easy to arrange...geat places to stay and golf courses are best in world....I am Irish so...

990 yards to the 1st tee from my home office .....and I am usually the last to arrive when playing with mates! :D also ist very useful when you forget battery, clubs, shoes.......:rolleyes:

I have used these tees for last few months.....my verdict is they assist teeing up in the cold when my hand shaking as holf ball better.....and they dont break!
