Slightly off topic but if your wife is a beginner I would suggest getting a buggy as well. It wont be a lot of fun for her if she is struggling to hit the ball but the buggy will give her a bit of fun. You don't want her moaning that she has had enough after 3 holes

We have been asked to keep a scorecard in matchplay just in case of any disputes. Most just put W,H or L. My opponent was actually getting a shot, so after his hole in One I had lost the hole. Congratulations to you as well. Looks like we both had "Eagles" and lost the hole.

Yes i agree with you and I got a Hole in One. I think if you was to actually do the scorecard correctly then you would find it said you had lost the hole not that you had an eagle.

That is the case this week but is the exception to the rule. Normally the winner is around 20 under. Last week was 30 under.
