We had one set up last week and experienced the same. Everyone getting many shots more CH - I was given 11. We managed the scores manually. Haven’t checked it out with general manager yet.

How are you reviewing players handicaps (mostly seniors) who are no longer putting cards in because they don’t want their handicaps to go up?

Missed the webinar unfortunately. Will that be after the round when inputting scores? I can see a few problems if it is before.

True but the adjusted gross score might have due to the change in calculation of course handicap

Also if you have lost or gained a shot due to CR-par calculation net double bogey on hole will have changed so could impact on differential calculation.

Previously just EG but today both. So for example a competition entered with a WHI of 16.5 (EG index at time) has now changed to 16.3. Therefore actual card differs. My handicap on the other hand unfortunately went up 0.2, although on the positive side I have now gained a stroke in a knockout...

Yesterday Club V1 handicap differed from EG, only by 0.2 (but did affect affect number of strokes received) but now the same. Past record of handicaps for rounds has also changed. Probably wishful thinking but would be nice to know the cause ?

I am the ladies handicap secretary at my club and several handicaps have changed mine included and I haven’t played. I was wondering if any other clubs were encountering problems. Perhaps a software update at EG has affected rounding calculations.

On a different matter my WHI has changed this week without a card being submitted nd I know of another member that it has happened to. Has anyone any ideas please?
