I have niggling knee injury from rugby. When it flares up I tend to see the physio and if I think I will feel it during a round will spray deep heat on it beforehand
Not sure if I would describe it as self-imposed pressure, but will tend to play well and as I get closer to the next round start dreaming off playing even better shooting a great score. When this happens I tend to play crap compared to when I don't think about it
I think the better pros are all going to the gym regularly. Yes you can be a good player not going to the gym but it is a definite advantage going.
Even the majority of those who you think are skinny or overweight are probably going to the gym, it's not all about putting on lots of muscle.
If I felt he was in my eye line I would of asked him to move. If that didn't work, I would take the mature route of having my hay fever kick in at the top of his backswing
